School of Intelligent Manufacturing Initiates Enterprise Engagement Program to Enhance Job Prospects

On the afternoon of November 5th, as part of the ongoing effort to enhance job opportunities through enterprise engagement, a five-member delegation led by Yu Wuxin, Dean of the School of Intelligent Manufacturing, visited the Central South Bureau of China Metallurgical Geology Bureau (Company) for an exchange and discussion session.

At the meeting, Wang Yong, Manager of the Asset and Finance Department, provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s development history. Qin Wen, Deputy Director of the Organization Department under the Party Committee, and Xiao Mengying, Manager of the Human Resources Department, engaged in an in-depth discussion with the school delegation about the company’s recruitment plans, talent development programs, and industry-academia collaboration. They expressed a strong desire to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between industry and academia.

The head of the school stated that the enterprise engagement program, which involves visiting high-quality companies, serves multiple purposes. Itnot only keeps the school informed about current industry trends and aligns with the talent requirements of businesses, but also builds a broader employment platform for students. Furthermore, it provides a more precise roadmap for the school’s talent development strategy, enabling the school to keenly track market trends and talent demand.
