On October 25, the poster advertising the 2017 World Fly-in Expo (WFE) to the world was screened in New York's Times Square. This international event is going to kick off on November 4, in Wuhan, capital city of central China’s Hubei Province.
This year’s WFE will present eight air shows, five competitive events, eight interactive activities, and aerospace expo in four days and nights, known as the largest cultural and recreational activity in aviation industry in China.
The aircrafts of various types to appear in 2017 WFE will amount to more than 1,000; the number of pilots, athletes, coaches, referees and FAI officials gathering in Wuhan will exceed 1,000; the visitors are expected to reach 300,000 people.
Wuhan is the first Chinese city to host WFE, and also will be the permanent home to this event. Coming along with Wuhan Marathon, hose racing and Wuhan marathon swimming, WFE is definitely a new festival and world-class logo for the city.
